breakingspec.deviceSelector 未設定の DeviceTaintRule におけるデバイス選択の修正
spec.deviceSelector を設定せずに DeviceTaintRule を使用している場合に適用されます。
spec.deviceSelector を設定していない DeviceTaintRule がクラスター全体のすべてのデバイスに誤って一致し、NoSchedule または NoExecute の taint によってすべての DRA デバイスをスケジュール不能にしていた不具合を修正しました。現在はドキュメントどおり、どのデバイスにも一致しません。すべてのデバイスを対象にする場合は、明示的な空のセレクター deviceSelector: {} を指定します。
