breakingデバイス検出でのnbd、drbd、zramの除外
OSDのデバイス検出で、nbd、drbd、zramのデバイスをスキップします。

breakingHelmアップグレード前のstorageclass削除
Helmでv1.21へアップグレードする場合に適用されます。
Helmでv1.21へアップグレードする前に、storageclassを削除する必要があります。
