設定とプラットフォームに関する機能が追加され、JITの既定値が変更されました。`Ruby 3.2` のサポートが終了し、入力、バッファー、HTTP処理の正確性に関する修正も含まれています。

When an input stream ends in the middle of a JSON document, Fluentd now logs a warning and discards the incomplete tail instead of raising ParseError.
