Volcano v1.15.1 is a patch release backporting a golang.org/x/crypto dependency update with upstream SSH security fixes, plus a series of scheduler and device-plugin bug fixes addressing race conditions, quota accounting, nil pointer panics, and HAMi GPU/vNPU integration issues.
