A maintenance release focused on Meshery Server startup and seeding failures. It adds recovery for seeding faults and improves system-event persistence without adding operator configuration burden.

  • **Boot-time system events no longer route through the provider registration map.** RegistryLog read handlerConfig.Providers[LocalProviderName], which RestrictToEnforcedProvider deletes on a PROVIDER-pinned deployment, so PersistSystemEvent was called on a nil interface and panicked (#21584).
  • **A seeding fault can no longer kill the server.** New models.RunSeedStage(log, stage, fn) recovers a panic and reports it as meshery-server-1483 with the stage name and stack trace.
  • - Plain Go errors now log safely without causing a panic.
