웹훅이 관리하는 라벨은 한 번 설정되면 변경할 수 없습니다. 사용자가 PipelineRun 또는 TaskRun을 업데이트해도 tekton.dev/pipeline, tekton.dev/pipelineTask, tekton.dev/pipelineRun 값은 바뀌지 않습니다.
