동작과 검증 전반이 다듬어진 유지보수 릴리스입니다. 선택적으로 켤 수 있는 `Scaffolder` 설정이 추가됐고, `TechDocs` 설치 환경에는 의존성 업데이트가 필요합니다.

breakingTechDocs 의존성 버전 상향
TechDocs를 사용하는 경우에 적용됩니다.
TechDocs 설치 환경에서는 pymdown-extensions를 10.21.3 이상으로 사용해야 하며, 일반적으로 mkdocs-techdocs-core를 1.7.0 이상으로 올리면 됩니다.
