A maintenance release raises the Kubernetes support floor to 1.32 and newer, removes older CRD APIs, and replaces Kaniko with Buildah for Connect image builds. It also deprecates PKCS12 certificates, adds Kafka 4.3.2 support, updates dependencies, fixes concurrency issues after the Vert.x removal, and schedules a future default change for `STRIMZI_PKCS12_KEYSTORE_GENERATION`.
